DELIVERY

CJP carry over 350 te of stock covering 25 different polymer types and 200 grade variants. These products can be delivered to UK Mainland in quantities of 25 Kgs to 25 te within 48 hours ‘Standard Delivery’ or, if required, a ‘Next Day’ delivery can be requested. Alternatively, you can collect any products from our warehouse in Treforest, Pontypridd.

DOCUMENTATION

All deliveries are supplied with delivery notes displaying the material type and quantity. We can also customise the delivery notes to include any customer reference required.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

All deliveries are tracked and followed up with a courtesy call the next day to check everything was to your satisfaction.

DELIVERY COMPLAINT

Should there be an incident where your goods turn up damaged, late or did not meet your expectations, please report this to our sales team who will then instigate a full investigation. Please see below a copy of our complaint procedure.
