ADVICE

Specialising in supply and distribution of PVC Compounds CJP has over 30 years joint experience in providing solutions. We offer a free of charge training service for customers that are embarking on processing PVC, all evaluation of materials can be accompanied for monitoring and training purposes.

PROCESSING

Processing polymers is where our customers can get the best benefit from CJP. It’s not only delivering pallets on time it’s the full package of technical assistance. We understand that our customers are the experts in polymer processing. We have found that the partnership we forge with our customers provides a two way learning relationship. They understand the machinery and equipment and we understand our material, together we have successfully improved and enhanced the process controls for many applications. Many processing guides are available on request.

DESIGN

In many cases material suppliers are the last to provide input into a new application project usually after the tooling has been produced. Involving CJP at the early development stage could help avoid impractical processing and life expectancy problems of the finished product.

SAMPLING

We will provide a sample of any stock material for customers to evaluate. We do like to discuss the application in order to provide the correct grade first time.  For development grades of PVC Compounds batch samples can be produced specifically formulated for the customers requirements.
